LASSO Return and Exchange Policy

LASSO accepts returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unwashed, unworn items with original tags and packaging within 30 days of the ship date.
• Condition Requirements: Returned items must be free from stains, odors (including smoke or detergent), animal hair, deodorant marks, or any signs of wear. Items that do not meet these standards will not be eligible for return or exchange.
• Inspection and Approval: All returns and exchanges are subject to LASSO’s inspection to confirm compliance with these requirements.

Shipping Responsibility

• We recommend using a return shipping method with insurance and tracking for returns and exchanges, as LASSO is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including shipping charges related to exchanges.
• Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping fees, which vary depending on the shipping method.
