LASSO is not responsible for delays or issues caused by the carrier, such as delivery errors or lost packages. If a package is lost in transit, we will do our best to work with the carrier to resolve the issue. However, we recommend selecting a shipping method with insurance to protect your order.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or refusal by the recipient, it will be returned to us. In such cases, customers are responsible for any reshipping costs. Refunds may be issued at our discretion and may exclude shipping charges.
